The 3 Days Bwindi Forest Gorilla Trekking Tour starts from Entebbe or Kampala with pick up by one of our professional driver guides or do the same tour starting from Kigali International Airport/Hotel in Kigali via Katuna or Chanika border with opportunity to visit the scenic Lake Bunyonyi and Lake Mutanda for you to embark on community walk or canoe ride while enjoying the breathtaking views of rolling hills or scenic islands. Alternatively, take a flight from Entebbe International Airport or Kajjansi airfield to Kihihi or Kisoro airstrip then connect to Bwindi National Park.

After an early breakfast, we will pick you from your hotel or place of residence at 7:00 am, our guide will brief you about Bwindi Forest Gorilla Trekking and the journey to the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park will begin. Stop overs will be made to see the sights on the way to the park and lunch en-route. You will drive though the see-able parts of the parks and settling in to the lodgings for the evening.
On this day you will set out to the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park headquarter, you be briefed on the do’s and don’t s of a gorilla tracking activity. You will then be grouped and head into the deep bush with your tour guide to find the friendly gorillas. The mountain gorillas can be trekked by a maximum of 8 people for 2-7 hours. After finding the friendly giants, you will spend an entire hour with them observing their way of life; how they feed their young, how they find their food so that you can interact but also conclude your trip.
On the third day you can have an optional activity of exploring lake Mutanda, the lake is found in south western Uganda and is as mesmerizing as it is adventurous. It is nestled at the foot of the Virunga Mountains thus promising a spectacular background view.
You then depart and head back to Kampala.
