Murchison Falls National Park

The Murchison falls of Uganda. Located in the western part of Uganda, they are formed as the Victoria Nile pushes through a 7m gorge before stumbling over a 141ft rock. The water crashes with a thunderous roar creating a rainbow overhead. The beauty is definitely one to behold. The falls are also surrounded by beautiful birds and beautiful vegetation.

And they are not to be found anywhere else in the world. Being at the top of the falls is an amazing experience as you will watch the magnificent falls squeezing through the rocks in an 8m gorge. And because of the water and vegetation a national park was formed to harbor rhinos mostly, but other wildlife species also enjoy the park i.e lions, leopards, snakes, alligators, and monkeys.

On your Murchison Falls safari adventure you will be able to see various things like the river Nile, crocodiles, elephants, leopards, many rhinos along the banks of the Nile as well as different birds species, clamped in the trees such as the bee eaters, the shoe billed stork and many others.
